Thanks to this new coupling system, the insertion of containers is made more practical and rapid, connecting automatically to the vacuum system. By eliminating the connection to a vacuum pump we can obtain the following benefits: a more complete system - noise reduction - decrease in size of equipment. Less maintenance: there is no requirement to periodically replace of oil or perform maintenance on the pump and last, but not least in order of importance, is its lower price! A simple connection to your air compressor unit (at 4,5 Atm) will allow you to exploit the advantages offered by the Satomix in the mixing of coating materials: in order to eliminate air bubbles, mixing of coating material takes place automatically in vacuum, controlled directly by a timer - the possibility of mixing without creating a vacuum; display and control of the vacuum level - direct view of the mixing and casting of the coating - a high powered vibrator is incorporated, which is controllable for the most refined and delicate operations.
